When I tried to run PMA on Windows, I got a PHP error when launching the advisor feature. See attached screenshot.

* Windows 8 32 bit in virtual machine
* XAMPP (latest version from their website)
* PMA latest git

    Does your XAMPP phpinfo page show a "com_dotnet" extension?

    I've already deleted that virtual machine, therefore I'm unable to confirm whether there was a com_dotnet extension.
    But, like I said, it's the default XAMPP install on a fresh installation of windows 8...
