#3631 (ok 4.0.4) Outputting schema as Visio does not work.

the .vdx file that is getting saved is really small only contains header, no content.

first I thought the bug was because I was on OSX.
so I tried on Windows, on which I happen to have Visio install as well. I don't know if it is a prerequisite.
I got a 560 bytes file, that only contains DocumentProperties and an empty <DocumentSettings/>

I was using firefox on both case. I will try with IE.

hmm, does not seems to be a browser (aka client side issue)
I get the same result with IE.

so, it really seems it is broken.

Exporting as Visio never worked. Shall we drop the support for Visio in version 4.0?

Indeed the Visio export could not work, I've dropped it in f414eb5 as nobody seems to be interested in fixing it.
