w2k, mysql 5.0.45, my.ini: lower_case_table_names=1 (win default)

under db(any) Operations:
Copy database to: "A1"
(mixed case, CREATE DATABASE before copying)

pma just stops working with a white right frame, should throw a warning instead.

Works fine if my.ini: lower_case_table_names=2

    this error should be fixed in SVN
    better error handling in similar cases is added for 3.0
