Notice: Undefined variable: submit_mult
in ...\tbl_row_delete.php on line 29 (patched version,
see #882695)

I added dumps to reproduce that behaviour.

The problem is the following: If you try to edit/delete a
record, pma uses links, but for a large record, it uses a
form - and something is broken with those forms.

The only thing which looks broken to me is
value="Delete"
title="Delete"
border="0"

Another problem is the "with selected" feature: Normally,
it's all a big form, where the selected stuff is
transmitted, but with large records, there are forms
nested in forms, which might not be understood by IE,
and which is forbidden by HTML specification.
