#12 Design interface: add horizontal scroller

When using phpMyAccess on a Tablet, the horizontal scroll is not automatic, like in a desktop browser.
Find a way to replace scroll bar with javascript baised one --> mabey replace the content with similar table interface used in
other parts of phpMyAccess, but without the access record controls -- a full width scroll bar

Desirable to autodetect tablet and maintain two versions or is that a future nightmare?
