phpmp Merge Request #1: Fix 'Illegal string offset' problem with mpd 0.18 (merged)

Recent versions of mpd return extra information to the lsinfo command, even for directory elements. To store that extra data the $dir[$dcount] array must be a multidimensional one, eg. $dir[$dcount]["directory"] = name, $dir[$dcount]["Last-Modified"] = ..., etc.

The problem is reported in error.log with:

PHP Warning: Illegal string offset 'Last-Modified' in /var/www/html/phpmp/info.php on line 432

Also the first letter of directory name is corrupted in the web interface.

This commit should address the problem. Tested on Debian Jessie, mpd 0.18.7, php 5.5.8
