Entries begin with date in YYYY-MM-DD
One <TAB> after the date followed by the SF username in
brackets
Optionally the software version number seperated by one
<TAB>
One empty line
One <TAB> followed by "* dir/filename.php"
One <TAB> then "**NEW** if a new file
Next line is two <TAB>s followed by a concise description
of the changes.
Text should not wrap, nor should it extend beyond 80
characters on a single line.
