Slow progress

This is very much a "when and if" project for me. I work fulltime and have a family. However, I still do try and progress things.
Lately I have been working on another couple of projects, learning to use leaflet for mapping, something I definetly wnatto incorporate for dealing with the spatial component of the data here.
I have also been working on generating geoJSON from queries, so hopefully I will be able to put this to use in this project.
Hope to finalise DB structure and start building basic editor shortly afterwards.
There is sitll some basic structure to do in terms of security handling and a bit around giving the site some actual style (very basic css in place now)
