Getting a start on it

So setting the ball rolling after getting the project registered. I am using Eclipse with PHP perspective an EGIT to code at this point, and have jsut started by adding the "basic" ingredients from existing tools like jquery ui, ckeditor, and d3 that i know will be needed in the project
At this point the full tool installs are in the git code, but will eventually be trimmed down for releases.
Now it's on to the database document and model :)
