I uncheck context scan form phpCheckStyle, but when I open netbeans or restart it, this check is checked again, thanks

I'll fix it soon. Please change another setting on the config page too - currently the change detection is missing the checkbox flag.

If I change config flags, includes or includes pattern, when I restart netbean all those values are in default configuration, thanks

Are you using the latest version from sourceforge or the latest version from netbeans plugin portal?

(Did you install it by hand or via options-plugins?)

I install by Tools -> plugins -> Available Plugins, and the version installed is:

I have checked it - it's fixed in the last release for netbeans 7.4. In nb repository and here.
Can you upgrade? If not, I would build a new version for 7.3.1 and publish it here.

You could also try to install the 7.4 plugin (from here), should work too.

Ok, got it. Please download the latest version from here (nb-7.3 folder).
It'll take a longer time until it's updated in plugin central.
