#1 incorrect display of from name/address

there appears to be a bug with the two installs i have
done with this.

some mails do not display the correct from information
when a message has been forwarded or replied to

e.g
i send an email to a friend using the system
he replies, however in the mailbox the from name is mine
but when you click on the mail to read it the "From"
information is correct (i.e his information)

have a similar problem lets say my name is: name and my
email address is address@mail.com

If I send an email the recipient sees: email from: name and
the correct email address. If I send a test email to myself in
outlook everything is fine, phpmailbox displays the from like
this: nameaddress@mail.com

It does not realize it should put spaces between name and
email or put the email in <>
