PHPlot-5.0.7 was just released, along with an updated reference manual marked 20090614. This is the first PHPlot release under the LGPL.
There are some bug fixes, including automatic range calculation with missing Y values, data-data-error with missing Y and with varying error ranges, and trying to use the large color map. There is one new feature: you can now specify the plot area margins on some sides, and let PHPlot calculate the other sides.
