PHPlot-5.1.3 has just been released, along with an updated reference manual
marked 20100830. The release adds additional horizontal plot types and
features (still considered "experimental"), supports custom controls on data
colors, and has improved support for finding TrueType fonts. More information
on the release can be found in the README.txt, ChangeLog, and NEWS.txt files
inside the release.
