PHPlot-5.1.2 has just been released, along with an updated reference manual
marked 20100628. The release contains experimental support for horizontal bar
charts. Truecolor is no longer considered 'experimental', and is now
documented in the updated reference manual. More information on the release
can be found in the README.txt, ChangeLog, and NEWS.txt files inside the
