CVS and Lists and a Survey

Hey folks,

The phplib journey to SourceForge continues. CVS has finally moved here and the lits are in the migration process. IF you're a member of phplib@lists.netuse.de or phplib-dev@lists.netuse.de take a moment to switch on over to the new mailing lists here at SourceForge. The old ones will be shut off Sept. 1st.

Also, take a moment to answer the the Survey question on the main project page.
