I had this also quite a few times. Don't really understand why it actually
happens since when I reloaded the page in the browser displaying the
login screen, I did reach the page itself without the need of entering the
login form. Strange, perhaps this came with a newer PHP version. I am
afraid I see this only since I changed to PHP 4.3.0... But perhaps I am
wrong.
