[Phplib-users] A better patch to session4.inc to make auto_init work as expected

Attached is a better patch for session4.inc which preserves $sess->in across
page accesses.  This is obviously friendlier to the published API.  All the
work is done in start() and freeze().  Because $sess->in is functional, no
changes are required to page4.inc.
