1/ How do I respond directly to a post listed on Sourceforge. It comes
up (read only) even if I'm logged into Sourceforge.

2/ How do I get CVS access?

3/ Where's a good tutorial on using CVS? I will probably use it through
a telnet account I have at an account on a server.

4/ How could I branch off the whole thing, as, for example,
phplib-7d-ngr2
(ngr2 = no global registers required)
