Haven't tried yet. Why it should not? It does not interfere with
external variables, so it should not suffer from register_globals
setting.
But many things in PHPLIB, like Auth, i guess, need to be fixed to
work with register globals off.
More fixes should be in the PHPLib-based code itself because of the
coding style, when session variables were assumed to always appear in
the global scope.
