the old phplib site used the meu class.  It's very handy to have an
automated menu that just pops everything up right.  It's also a
pain to configure and a little inflexible in presentation.  The current
menu class in CVS has a succssor written by Ulf Wendel, chekc it out at
his website.

Depressing.  Good word for it.  I really wanna fix it but just haven't had
the time (I know  I know.. Story of my life...)
