Forks in any development tree are undesirable.

It would be best if someone offered to help Ulf maintain
the PEAR version of OOH Forms and bring them back up to
the standard of the PHPLIB ones. Preferably while maintaining
back-compatibility.

Of course there's nothing stopping us from rolling any
enhancements from the PEAR OOH forms into the PHPLIB
version... except the associated bad karma.
