www.epicworks.com has really done a good job for us. 

When will these hosting companies learn that poor service causes their
customers to look elsewhere? It's not that had to figure out.

I have recommended csoft.net before, but since they revoked my account
without warning one day and refused to return my emails or listen to me

would suggest staying away from them.  csoft sucks.
