[Phplib-users] MySQL error 1062 - (Duplicate entry / sessions

hi,
i am 'borrowing' a PHPLIB usertable from other regular PHP pages, so i 
am not very deep into PHPLIB and i never set up a system. 

Now with location headers i get this MySQL Error:
 MySQL Error: 1062 (Duplicate entry 'Session_UoD-
 dd6c24a7ea831ff10d2f541d51c538f0' for key 1)
 Session halted.

It seems to be linked with a header / location call
       include(page_close.inc);
       header("Location: volgendefile.php");

Possibly the page_close is not ready when the next page tries to 
page_open. This was suggested by the bloke who made this particular 
PHPLIB installation.

Anyone seen this before, anyone solved this?
