[Phplib-users] template.inc patch (IF/ELSE/ENDIF)

Please find attached a patch for template.inc which adds the
following:

  1) The backslashes patch #480713 already on SourceForge.

  2) IF/ELSE/ENDIF support for template sub-blocks as based on
  Zakaria's patch:

  3) You can now pass in an array of directories to search for
  template files.

Yeah, I know that conditionals in templates violates the strict
abstraction of logic and content, but there are more than enough
cases where its damned useful to justify it.  Moderation in all
things, including moderation.
