Well PHPlib is very much alive and even though few commits have been made
of-late there are plans a foot to release a new version soon!!!

Feel free to - are you sure that it is not fixed as yet ??

I dont know about others BUT I myself have been too busy trying to earn a
living to contribute to PHPlib.
