I know how you feel. I'd love to make a living with php and linux (LAMP) but the jobs don't seem to be there. There seems to be a few more on the West Coast USA however than the East coast. I keep hearing, especially at the recent San Diego Open Source convention, that linux is here to stay but back here in Wash, DC there's not even a php users group. Gee, maybe I should start one.
