Marko, I've written several classes which you may find useful. To a greater or lesser degree the emulate phplib classes and I use them regularly in website development. They're based on PEAR classes and do require that PEAR, in particular MDB2 packages be installed. The archive consists of a session class, a user variable class and a database class. The latter, in particular, emulates phplib's db handling class sufficiently well that I generally use it as a drop-in replacement for the phplib class. The class files contain copious notes which (I hope) are adequate to make these classes useful without too much backing and hauling.
