Initial Comment:
Hello.
I've installed PHPLIB on W2K with Apache & PHP as a 
module.
I did everythig by the book :-), however i always had 
internal server error when i tried to test it.
The problem seems to be line 434 in sessions.inc. 
When I've commented "exit" everything started to work 
fine.
Is it a bug, or is it something else?
