Summary: OOHForms rework

Initial Comment:
Attached is a rework of the oohforms library.  The API is 
cleaned up and more consistant across items and there 
have been many features added.  The html editing 
(of_htmleditor) and calendar (of_calendar) items from 
Sanisoft have been integrated also.  The only testing 
that I have done so far is represented by the 
oohformtest.php in the root directory.  Each element is 
fairly well commented at the top.  I will document if 
anyone is interested in goin forward with this cleanup.
