Hi all,

I'm looking for a program or script that would work well in a webcam portal (such as camwhores.com) in automatically archiving and organizing incoming images from other people's cams.

Features to note:
- when new images arrive, old images get automatically archived;
- when new images arrive, thumbnails move to top of list; automatic organization by most recent images.
- rating system that would place most favourite pictures in a folder or various folders.

Any help, links, pointers, etc. would be appreciated.  If there is a script somewhere here, please link me..
