Maybe I am way off, but what are the possible versions of phplib to use?

There is 7.4pre1 in the files section which is a prerelease beta I believe. There is also 7.2d available. Should I download any of these, or should I use the cvs versions. According to the cvs logs the php-lib module hasn't been updated for quite a while... (?) whereas the php-lib-stable has been updated after the file available as phplib-7.4pre1. I initially thought that the php-lib was the work-in-progress for the next php-lib version. But since the changelog tells that the module hasn't been updated for a while, it seems that it is getting a bit outdated.

However. The file structure in this module seems more clean.

Anyone able to shed some light on this issue?

    I

I recommend using the 7.4pre1 release. If you encounter any problems, it may be worth checking the CVS for fixes.

The php-lib-stable in CVS is the current development tree.

The php-lib tree is an experimental development tree. There are some interesting enhancements in there, however it does not function as a complete package.

I wish it was possible to rename these trees without losing the item histories!
