#1 need help with config.inc.php

Please explain the format of the define statements. I
understand that I need to populate these, but I don't
know what to put in the fields. Do I only need to
populate the DB information? Does the setup program
populate the PLM_LANG, PLM_WEBDIR, etc?
It would be good to provide this info in comments
within the config.inc.php file itself.
