#1 invoices support

Hi,
thanks for your great system, it is really lightweight
and usable (may be i can join your team to help you
with developing this?)

First wishlist:
It will be great if it supports "invoices". Reservation
will not be placed just "as is", but "reserve to" -
reservation to Name, Surname, Address, Notes - then we
can easily print invoice and send it to the customer.

It should also have "invoice status" - just two simple
booleans values with meaning:
"invoice placed" - you printed an invoice and waiting
for payment
"invoice payed" - invoice is payed (reservation completed)

What do you think? I looked at your code and it's
really clean, i like Smarty too, maybe i can help you...
