#21 Separators for horizontal menu.

A separator for a horizontal menu is like a separator
in a submenu: a vertical line to separate a group of
options from others. Most commonly used in toolbars I
think it would be very useful in a horizontal menu.

Currently the --- is ignored when rendering the
horizontal menu.
