PHP-Langadmin 0.1 released

PHP-Langadmin 0.1 is a webinterface for translating applications using GNU gettext. A little user administration has been included since the last release

PHP-Langadmin now includes a light user administration using cookies to recognize a certain user. The handling of pluralforms has been rewritten to handle any number of pluralforms. Also a small install script has been written to check the configuration file, install the tables for the database and add some default values.

Plz test it and report bugs using the bugreport system.
