#4 Installing phplabware using XP/IIS

Nico,

Thanks for sending the email. I contacted the man in
Maryland, and he ultimately did not succeed in getting
phplabware to run on XP/IIS. I will give it a try in spite of
his failure though.

As per our conversation, I have created the necessary
user in MySQL, granted priviledges, and even
connected to MySQL from a DOS shell with the
parameters entered in the /includes file. And I am still
getting a 'cannot connect to database' error. Any other
thoughts/tips?
