#3 Who can change what within the Address management

The base structure of the database is a set of
addresses (=users).
Every User must have the right to log in and to change
his personal datas:
* EMails, Street, ZIP, City, Region, Country
* Bank datas
* Phone numbers (incl. Fax, Cellular and so on)
* Messenger-nicks
* Hobbies
* Personal Informations
* Interests concerning the own activities into the
association
...and things like that. A detailed description follows.

Normal users are not allowed to change their own ...:
* Name
* Birthday
* Member-ID
* Participation on courses
* Other informations concerning the association
These things were managed by the group leaders of the
upper levels
Users were also inserted and deleted by group leaders
of the upper level.
