#3 Install-Problem

Hi :)
got some problems installing your fine script via ftp.
I´ve done all as described in the INSTALL, uploaded
the files in ASCII Mode, CHmodded, edited the covert
to convert.sh and renamed all files, but everytime I
connect to the index.php it says I should type MAKE.
The Problem is that i don´t have telnet or shell
access :(

You also have to remove index.php and then rename album.php
to index.php

Hej that really worked. But now i can load the structure,
but no pictures. it always says: ./convert.sh: convert:
command not found

can you help?

Almost the same problems here... I also renamed album.php
to index.php but now it aint displaying any content at all
although there are folders to look into. Any suggestions?

RENAME album.php TO index.php
CHMOD 777 convert.sh (to make sure that it is executable)

I have been trying to install it on Windows. I have
apache+php running. I unzipped the folder, in a directory,
renamed the required files as in the install document, moved
album.php to index.php, mad sure it found convert.exe.

I can get the list of albums now, but i cannot go inside an
album. It just comes back to the same page with list of albums.

Any comments ?
