#4 custom directory icons

we modified the common.inc file to not show a file
called "directory.jpg" which is arbitrarily named. A
more logical solution would be to make it a user-
definable variable, i guess. Anyway, when the
index.php file is called, it looks inside folders for
a file called "directory.jpg" and uses it to represent
the folder in the index.
