Ah, you got Robert Holak's 2.0.2.  The PHPix2 you were using before was
a forked version from phpix2.sourceforge.net, which I had hacked up a
year ago.  I wanted to merge it with Robert's but he seemed dead to the
world so I started up a phpix2 project.  Later on, Robert released a 2.0
version of his original software and then dropped off the globe again.

It's sort of confusing, but what you want is from
phpix2.sourceforge.net, not phpix.sourceforge.net.
