I'm moving this week, so chances are good that my access to a computer on my off-time will be spotty. Since my DSL line is in my old place, and my new place doesn't have any visible carpet due to an excess of moving boxes, I'll most likely be rather inactive.
I'd still like to release 2.0 stable before the end of the month, though, and I think that given the current state of the code, this could be done.

I hate the phone company.
Three weeks later and I'm still sans network, which means (among other things) that all my email is bouncing. *sigh*. However, as soon as it all comes back up, I have some exciting things to release, including some killer new album templates done by Kim Grinfeder <http://www.grinfeder.com/>. I've also been toying around with this spiff-o template idea that Robert Holak brought up when he resurfaced last month.
Since there appears to be a sustained interest in the program as is, I'll go ahead and release it as 2.0 as soon as I get re-connected and can upload a tarball as such.

Please try to throw the non-suid option in as well - it's preventing me from being able to use phpix2
