I like this software ... I've been looking for a good image display system that doesn't require a complex setup with lots of stuff linked into php (I'm having a hell of a time getting PHP configured properly).

Got some ideas ... some easy, some complex...

1. When the thumbnail's are being generated, display a message indicating such, so the user doesn't have to wonder what is happening.  Perhaps make the message configurable.

2. Allow managment of images -- move between albums, upload, delete, edit, comments, etc.

3. Allow managment of albums -- create, delete, edit description, etc.

4. Provide a feedback mechanism for images.
