Release of PHP:IRC Admin(2.1) Applet(2.5) - Help also needed

PHP:IRC - Admin (2.1) Updates: The help was expanded a bit, code was cleaned out, comments added, and the ip list fixed. PHP:IRC - Applet (2.5) Updates: Config support added aswell as theme support. CTCP support added and numerous minor fixes.

In addition themes would be great, my color and design skills are so bad it's not even funny, any help in this area would be great.

The admin part will not have many updates for a bit till the applet part has a majority of its features finished.
