#289 Upgrade to version 1.3.2

Hi Miha!
I am following the upgrade guide and both the tar and git methods do not work in upgrade.

root@PHPIpam:~# cd /var/www/html/
root@PHPIpam:/var/www/html# tar -xvf phpipam-1.3.2.tar
tar: phpipam-1.3.2.tar: Não é possível executar a ação: open: Arquivo ou diretório não encontrado
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
root@PHPIpam:/var/www/html# git pull
-bash: git: comando não encontrado
root@PHPIpam:/var/www/html#

is there any way to update via web browser?
