#239 Login Page Error after DB Importing

Hi~ Recently I'm using phpipam well, and it's wonderful. But recently I stuck in one problem.
I need to chage network zone of phpipam server, so I installed an new one to another server.
But it's not working after database importing. If I drop phpipam database from mysql, I can see inital installation web page. But whenever I importing old server's sql dump to new server first page of phpipam show me 404 error page.

• importing from sql dump file of old server's
  mysql -u root -p phpipam -D < phpipam_MySQL_dump_2016-09-09.sql

I attached error page, could you help me? I don't know where I should start to solve problem
