#211 Subnet duplicates across multiple sections

We initially set up our ip/subnet scheme using sections for our different sites. However, we then realised that you can add an existing subnet from one site/section to a different site/section thus creating a duplicate. Is there any way to neatly devide up sites using sections, but avoid this possible subnet duplication? Or is the only option to keep the entire infrastructure under one section?

Any advice or guidance will be much appreciated.
