I tried to enable API on last version.
By enable API, create app id= testgetip, permission R/W, security none and Enable rewrite on apache.
After test send the API to server response "The requested URL /api/testgetip/user/ was not found on this server."
http://172.32.6.61/api/?app_id=testgetip

Authorization: Basic YWRtaW46YWJjMTIzNDU=
Plase help suggest me. I'm new for API development.
