[Phpipam-releases] IP Subnets Overlapping Issue

I installed version 1.2.1 and I am having the following IP subnets
overlapping issue:

- overlapping subnets are allowed nested on the same folder, same section
- overlapping subnets are allowed in the root and folder of a section if
first created on the root of the section

I understand that we can, and should, have subnets overlapping when used in
a VRF, but the above overlapping can cause issues.
Is there a solution for this overlapping issue?
