[Phpipam-development] Display bug under Tools -> VRF + missing changelog on sections

Hi,

#1:

When listing VRFs under tools -> VRF, the information about "Master subnet
does not exist!" shows in the top of the page instead of under the actual
VRF.
The "No subnets belonging to this VRF!" is shown correctly per VRF.

#2:
When editing sections the following error is shown and nothing is written to
the changelog:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function write_changelog() in
/opt/phpipam/functions/classes/class.Sections.php on line 183
