[Phpipam-development] Reordering folder/section

Dear Miha,

I’m still working with version 1.1 “almost in production”, but plan to start playing with new RC.

I’ve noticed an annoying behavior, since it seems not possible reorder folders or subnetworks once created.

Probably they have an ID so in principle such reordering could be possible.
